Dear Friends, Fans, and Family,

I love music and performing as much as anything in life. But I also love my parents.

In 2018, my father became very ill and needed my care. Then, in 2020, during a global pandemic, my mom fractured her hip, forever changing both of our lives. That same year, I lost my dad. In 2021, my mom fractured her other hip. Through it all, I’ve been honored to support her—helping with bills, being a caregiver, and doing whatever it takes to ensure she’s okay.

These responsibilities meant stepping away from my music and entertainment career. While I continued writing songs and performing occasionally, my focus was on family.

I’m happy to share that my mom is doing so much better now. Though I’m still by her side, I’ve found space to reconnect with this part of myself.
